Karen and Tom’s June 16, 2023 wedding at Villa Rusconi Clerici on Lake Maggiore was a joyous celebration filled with laughter and genuine warmth. The bride, getting ready at the villa, and the groom, arriving by boat with close friends and family from Stresa, set the tone for an informal and friendly affair.

The couple’s infectious charm shone through, with Tom sans tie and Karen opting for a bouquet-free look. Their easygoing nature extended to everyone, including us, the photographers and videographers. Karen and Tom endeared themselves to my heart with their authenticity.

Amidst the scorching sun, the terrace overlooking the lake provided a stunning backdrop for the ceremony. Following this, we embarked on a unique photo and video shoot, cruising on a boat around the picturesque islands—Isola Madre, Isola Bella, and Isola dei Pescatori. The couple’s adventurous spirit was truly captured against these idyllic backdrops.

Returning to the villa, the newlyweds dined in the beautiful glass veranda. The celebration shifted to the villa’s cellars, where a rock band serenaded everyone. Karen, Tom, and their guests danced the night away, creating an electric atmosphere that echoed with laughter and joy until the wee hours of the morning. A wedding so full of love and life, it’s a day etched in the memories of all who attended.
